The Blogs

The three blogs that I regularly write follow three different directions and complete three aims.

The first blog intents to show the art of self orientation. It is about building strong self-definition and to learn to make choices. Self-orientation is the freedom to make choices by choosing attitude and behavior that brings you towards your outlined results. The art is when you keep your orientation despite the people and circumstances and you act result-oriented.

The second blog is for survivors of abusive relationships. The survivor state is the most fragile one, because at this stage the connection to the past is still stronger than the vision and intention towards the wished present and future. Survivors can fall or can have setbacks easily, so they need strong and appropriate support to go on with their journey.

The third one is connected to narcissisism. If you browse the Internet, you find a lot of material about narcissism. However, I have a uniquely different attitude to narcissism from others. I want to present narcissism to you from a different point of view and with a different attitude.
